10th December 2025

Warm greetings,

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all the support you have given me. Whenever the circumstances became overwhelming—as they often do for all of us here—you were always by my side, reminding me that hope still exists.

As I told you back in my university days, I will always strive to live up to your expectations, and to the memory of Najwa and Alison—may they rest in peace. All of you have left in me a human story far greater than any book I studied throughout my years of education. You taught me the true meaning of helping others and standing with them in their moments of hardship, a value our world desperately needs today amid wars, conflict, and the struggle for dominance.

I wish you a blessed and joyful Christmas, and may every year bring you abundant goodness. May God have mercy on Najwa and Alison and keep their memory forever warm. I pray that God protects you from all harm and illness, fills your homes with peace and love, and grants you all that you hope for in the coming year.

With warm regards,

Mohammad

25th December 2025

Warm greetings,

I hope that you and all members of JSF are doing well and in good health.

On behalf of myself and all the students, I would like to express our sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for everything you have provided us with. We also extend our warmest Christmas wishes, hoping this season brings you peace, joy, and renewed hope.

At this moment, I would like to share a thought that has been on my mind. There is a saying that deeply resonates with me:

“People may leave, but their legacy remains.”

We have sadly lost Reverend Alison and Najwa, who have moved on to a better life, especially in a world that has become increasingly filled with war, destruction, and suffering in recent years. Yet, I firmly believe that their impact, values, and contributions will continue to live on among us.

This reminds me of a powerful story from medicine about Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis, a pioneer in infection control. He discovered that handwashing between patients dramatically reduced maternal mortality in maternity wards. Despite the clear evidence, his colleagues rejected his ideas and even humiliated him during his lifetime. However, today, hand hygiene is a fundamental principle of modern medicine, and millions of lives have been saved because of his persistence and dedication.

This story teaches us that meaningful work may not always be immediately recognized, but its impact can be profound and lasting.

After the passing of Reverend Alison and Najwa, you have continued their mission and carried their vision forward. Your ongoing efforts are a true continuation of their legacy, and they remain deeply meaningful and impactful.

In psychology, there is a concept known as Sublimation, which refers to transforming feelings of grief, anger, or loss into positive, constructive actions that benefit others and society. This is considered one of the most mature and healthy coping mechanisms.

This is exactly what has happened here — the work that Alison helped build has not stopped. It continues through you and through us. Thanks to your support, I continue to volunteer and contribute, and other students will graduate and go on to help and support others as well.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the length of this message. I felt it was important to share these thoughts to fully express our gratitude and to honor the impact that has been made on our lives and on the lives of many others.

As we welcome the New Year, we would like to once again express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. We sincerely hope for a better, more peaceful world, free from war and suffering — especially in Palestine — and that peace may prevail for all.

With deepest respect and gratitude,

Wishing you peace, hope, and continued success.
